CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received prior to Friday, June 3, 2011 are entitled to a full refund. No refunds will
be given after June 3, 2011. Refunds will not be made for “no shows.”

Make your hotel reservations now for the 75th Annual Meeting. Hotel room reservations should be
made directly with the Hyatt Regency Downtown Lexington, 401 West High Street, Lexington, KY
40507 (800– 233-1234). A block has been secured by the Kentucky Oil and Gas
Association (KOGA) through May 31, 2011. Room rates are $135/per person. Please be sure to
mention the Kentucky Oil & Gas Association when making your reservation. Our block of
rooms always fills up fast, so please make your reservations early!
