There are many ways we can help you to build your own mill. You can start
with as little as the Basic Sawframe Kit all the way up to the Complete Carriage.
PLEASE NOTE: Our “kits” are comprised of the steel pieces cut to the correct lengths,
the bearings, shafts, band wheels and other parts necessary to build the described assembly.
You will need to locate and drill holes, tap threads, weld pieces together, sand and grind
smooth, paint, assemble and align the various components. The “built” unit has all the
above process already completed and is partially unassembled for shipment. This unit is
only part of a complete mill.
Basic Sawframe
To Build a mill we start out with the Basic Sawframe. This includes two band saw wheels, 4 bearings,
two drive shafts, 2- 1 1/4” saw guides with adjustable mounts, blade tensioning system, driven pulley and
one band saw blade. This is the hardest part to build and this will make your construction much easier.
Built unit is primed while the kit is not. Ships UPS. All but M-160 have hydraulic blade tensioning.

M-210 : 21” band wheels, hydraulic blade tensioning, adjustable 26” throat $1350 $1900
and 14” driven pulley. Uses a 1 1/4” x 158” band blade. Also available with 1
1/2” blade. 30” log diameter
 Super Sawframe
This includes all the parts from the Basic Saw-
frame, (the two band saw wheels, 4 bearings, two
drive shafts, 2- 1 1/4” saw guides with adjustable
mounts, blade tensioning system, driven pulley
and one band saw blade), and adds to that the two
blade guards, the blank engine mounting plate, the
drive belt guard and the tubing cross frame neces-
sary to mount this unit to your own rolling car-
riage. Must go truck freight.

 Complete Carriage
Your third choice in Build-It-Yourself is the Complete Carriage which is available as
a kit or already built. The Complete Carriage kit is the only one of the three kits that
includes all the parts and pieces that you need to build the complete saw carriage as
shown below. Once the saw carriage is completed you will need to provide your own
track and the power unit to make it saw.
